I recently took up yoga again after an absence of many years. Berit had written a article in the Wells Journal and this spurred me on to return to yoga.
Do not be under the misapprehension that yoga is only for young, bendy people! I was neither young nor bendy when I began some 3 months ago. However now, well past my bus pass date, I am already feeling the beneficial effects of yoga. It may not be evident from the outside, but inside I do feel far more flexible – I can bend without groaning, I can breathe properly and who knows what I will be able to do by the end of 2016.
If you are thinking of taking up, or coming back to yoga, the classes are very friendly, no one laughs at you and the benefits will be all yours. Come along… Berit is a very good teacher!
