Practicing Yoga is a safe and enjoyable experience. Wear comfortable clothing that will not restrict your movement. I recommend that you bring your own matt as it’s more hygienic but I do have some spare matts that you can borrow. Try to leave 3 hours after a heavy meal and 2 hours after a light meal before your class.
